"No integrity and their word means nothing. Made an appointment with them on a Friday to come out to my home on that following Tuesday. Was given an appointment from 12:00 to 2:00. On the day of the appointment no call, no show. When I followed up with a phone call I was told by Hugh Farina which is the owner, that they would be out in another 15 to 20 minutes and a bunch of excuses. I was upset but I agreed to wait. An hour later past our agreed timing, still nobody came. I called to cancel the appointment and was given a very lame apology. Nobody's time is more important than anyone else's. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and if you value your time then I suggest that you find another company to go with. Shame on you Hugh for your non caring attitude, you lost this customer"
